Hotel was beautiful and comfortable, I really enjoyed the stay.
I ate at a top-notch restaurant with very nice view of the beach. The bedroom was big and had a nice private bathroom. The staff were both accommodating and polite...

I really enjoyed the unique design of the place and my impeccably clean and beautifully decorated room, plus the beachfront location was a great bonus, being in a lively business area made it an appealing spot for me.

The location on Ponta Negra beach I think is the best, it is right in the center where it is always very crowded and there is a great atmosphere on weekends. The hotel has a quality restaurant service and has direct access to the beach (during my stay spoiled). The service staff is generally very friendly and attentive.
The room (standard) is very upgradeable: the walls are made of paper, so if you are touched by noisy neighbours, with TV, etc. it is not very pleasant; in the bathroom there is a window, decorated with wooden grilles, which works as a ventilation/breathing system but communicates with the bathrooms on other lower floors (up to two more I think) and through which the sound moves at its own pace, that is, you can hear perfectly if someone is occupying the bathroom on the ground floor or not while you are doing it; finally, I understand by accident, the first day of my arrival the room had to be fumigated because there were ants all over the bed.

The hotel is very well located, on the beachfront. At check-in we were welcomed with a glass of coconut water, and it was quick and friendly. We had a superior room with a terrace overlooking the pool, restaurant and finally the sea. The pool was very nice and clean. The room was very spacious, and it was perfectly redecorated recently. It has everything you could need: minibar, safe, TV, WIFI. The bed was big and very comfortable. The bathroom was also very big, and adapted for disabled people. Perfectly clean. The restaurant, was very cozy, and we had a very good dinner. The price was a bit high, but it was worth it. Good service too. The breakfast, spectacular!!! It had everything and everything very good, especially the cakes!
Although we had this issue all over the Northeast of Brazil, famous 10% service fee, in some places was removed as soon as you practically asked what that fee was for, here was directly included in the price of the room and restaurant dinner. There is no problem, if it was a regulated and mandatory issue for all services received in Brazil, as it happens in other parts of the world, but... it creates a certain discomfort knowing that it is a fee that is not included in all places and when it is included, if you ask for it, it is taken away... Somewhere we were told that it was more or less similar to the USA system, where a big part of the waiter's or service provider's salary was thanks to this fee, sometimes you just had the feeling that it was a way to make the price more expensive (mainly for foreigners)... some Brazilian confessed that he always demanded to take it back.

The restaurant serves quality food with good service, however prices are not so friendly (cost x benefit).
The reservation made through Booked.net was not received by the hotel, although I had my reservation confirmed via email, which made me pay the price they charged me at check out and not the price that reservation showed. No further explanation was given by the hotel other than they hadn't received the reservation.

The hotel is cozy and warm with a gorgeous beach across the street. The staff is attentive and helpful. The excellent restaurant, with its unique and distinctive menu, has the right size to welcome guests and visitors equally well, without harming the quiet and romantic environment .
We stayed at the hotel last May, and the internet connection was not working properly. We have complained that time but, in October, internet was not working properly again. A hotel of the category of Manary should not offer a service that it cannot adequately provide.

The hotel was wonderful, I really enjoyed it, especially the sea view. I was there for 1 night and ate at the poolside restaurant with excellent staff. Great location right on the best part of the beach was a plus. I recommend the place.

We loved how clean the hotel was and how nice and helpful the staff was. The breakfast was a bit light in terms of enough food selections... but the restaurant was excellent! The atmosphere was romantic and on the entire beach this was as nice as any small hotel there was to see. It is not a place for children. Very safe area and hotel.
The particular room we stayed in was right over the kitchen... and even though the staff was quiet in the morning in terms of talking... there was enough noise with food preparation to wake us up at 5am. But we kind of new this going in and so we dealt with it.
